Causes of seizure mnemonic; Vitamins and drugs

Vascular (Stroke, Intracranial Hemorrhage) 

Infection (Meningitis, or other infection with patient having history of seizure)

Trauma (Any head injury from blunt force trauma) 

Alcohol withdrawal 

Metabolic (Hyponatremia, and rarely hepatic encephalopathy) 

Idiopathic (Epilepsy) 

Neoplasm (Brain Tumor) 

Sych (Pseudo-seizure) 


Drugs (Too much or too little of multiple drug classes can cause seizure)
